Questions
What counts as a creator a month?
Each creator you accept into a collab in a calendar month. If someone cancels or no-shows, that spot is freed up so you can replace them at no cost.
Do I pay creators through Influence32?
Most collabs are perks: a meal, a stay, a round of golf. For paid collabs you can pay creators directly or through the app. Your plan covers using the platform; creator pay is separate and up to you.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Yearly plans save 20% and renew once a year. You can switch plans whenever you like.
What happens after the free trial?
Your card is charged when the 14 days end, unless you cancel first. Stripe emails you a reminder before it renews.
What if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks. You’ll see a note asking you to upgrade before accepting more creators or opening more collabs that month.
Do creators pay?
Never. Creators always join, apply, and get hired for free.
