Quick answers for creators and businesses. Can't find yours? Message us below.
Is Influence32 free for creators?
Yes. Creators never pay to join, apply, or be hired. If in-app payments are on, a platform fee may be taken from cash payouts, and it is always shown before you accept.
How do I get more invitations?
Add a profile photo, verify your Instagram or TikTok with a bio code, list packages with prices, and keep your Influence Score up by showing up and delivering on time.
What is the Influence Score?
A 0 to 100 score from your reliability, content quality, professionalism, and experience. It needs 3 finished collabs before it shows, so one review can’t make or break you.
Do I have to disclose free meals or products?
Yes. Anything of value, including a free meal or stay, counts as compensation. Label the post clearly, for example #ad, and use the platform’s paid-partnership tag. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
I can’t make my booking. What do I do?
Cancel from the collab room as early as you can. Your spot goes to the next creator on the waitlist. Cancelling early affects your score far less than a no-show.
How do businesses pay creators?
Either directly, or through the app when payments are on: the business pays when they accept you, and you’re paid after they approve your content.
Who owns the content?
Each collab lists its content rights before you apply: where the business can use it, for how long, and who owns the raw footage. If they change the terms, you have to accept again.
Something went wrong with a collab.
Open a dispute from the Review tab of the collab room. Our team reviews every dispute; ratings aren’t a substitute for that process.
